Welcome to a new series about future architecture. It is about any architecture that is currently being built or designed. This is the Blue Planet New Danish Aquarium in Copenhagen, Denmark. It will be one of the largest aquariums in Northern Europe.
Designed by Schmidt Hammer Lassen Architects, the aquarium is supposed to be completed in 2013. It is designed in an organic shape and is made to look like a water droplet.
These pictures are a little different from the SHL website. But it still shows what its design will be like.
